Today I got up and went to the bakery at 7am and it was 20! A welcome relief although it has now warmed up again.
I remember visiting my grandparents in Murray Bridge. Pop Turner had a nectarine tree that he was very proud of (never any grubs in them)and I loved them. I haven't had a decent nectarine since I was a kid. Now they have peacharines which are like biting into foam rubber - and no taste?!!! Gee you must has sweltered yesterday. We hit the beach last night and got some welcome relief and some beautiful photos.

Cheers - JoolzJoolzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07490462580345458546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-743532158600929042.post-43210056416948768642009-01-14T06:50:00.000+10:302009-01-14T06:50:00.000+10:30We had 27 degrees at 9.30 am and it crept up to 38...We had 27 degrees at 9.30 am and it crept up to 38 and I thought I would melt overnight 23!!
Am sure even hotter for you guys but boy hot enough for me and the kids and all the furry and feathered friends.
All your goodies you have made look quite delicious.
I need to shed some kilos ,Just need inspiration...
Hope the lil guy is better soon,Everyone seems to have tummy things at the moment.
Oh I have a hen on eggs again...Fingers crossed:)A Bite of Country Cupcakeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07337808881393976817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-743532158600929042.post-72180338370761664882009-01-13T17:25:00.000+10:302009-01-13T17:25:00.000+10:30wow they look deliscious.
