I've had my dehydrator for many...Hello Tania, <br /><br />I've had my dehydrator for many years now and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. We mainly do fruit but I think now we have such a large veggie garden that I'll be trying veggies as well this year. When I do my fruit I don't find I need to dip them in lemon juice as they suggest. Just slice them and pop them in. Also you'll find when the weather is humid things take longer to dehydrate. But I can assure you this will open up a whole new world to you.
