I am not sure what happened with this baby.
I am not sure I am doing the right thing.
I am not sure this baby will survive.
What I am sure of is that I couldn't leave this defenseless little baby to die.
I found this baby and another
on the hard concrete outside.
The other little one didn't survive the fall :(
I think this little baby would be only a day or so old and so fragile.
After three days there is still life.
I am keeping this baby warm and well fed.
I dont know what the future holds for this little one.
If he doesn't survive,
I know that I made his days comfortable and did the best I could :)
Do you care for God's creatures like I do?
xTania
Oh Tania, he is just gorgeous. I certainly do hope he survives, although if he doesn't I'm sure he has felt your love and care and you have made his life as comfortable as possible.....after 3 days though the fact that he is still alive is amazing!!
ReplyDeleteI have a soft spot for animals too. I'm nearly brought to tears driving along country roads seeing the results of animals hitting cars/trucks lining the roads.
Fingers crossed the little guy makes it :)
Oh Tania, I too would do the same! The poor little thing has experienced the love you are giving him/her...prayers for him/her to survive!
ReplyDeleteIf he can't manage a spoon try dipping/coating the food on to the plain end of a matchstick and putting it into his mouth for him to take. Lil sweetheart he is!
ReplyDeleteOh my! I hope he makes it. What are you feeding him? Good luck. He looks brand spankin' new!!!!
ReplyDeleteI would do the same thing.
XO Kris
We have nurtured little birds and animals around here too, what else is there to do? I really hope he lives.
ReplyDeleteI am crossing my fingers too!
ReplyDeleteYes, I care very much for the World's creatures. You must be doing something right for him to make it this far because he really looks so small and vulnerable.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes.
Always..:))
ReplyDeleteWishing you all the best with the little bird. He's so tiny.
ReplyDeleteAnne xx
You are certainly doing all you can Tania and I hope he/she makes it!
ReplyDeleteMother Nature can be cruel and who knows what happened!
Oh dear, ex-RAF hubby and I lost track of all God's creatures we have nurtured one way or another! It always brakes our hearts when we lose one...
Blessings to you Love,
The poor little mite, at least he's in good hands. I'm mother to all creatures that fall in my path, I even tried hatching an egg last month, sadly it turned out to be rotten :+/ best wishes for your little one. It just breaks my heart when bad things, like falling out of nests, happen to the innocent.
ReplyDeleteOH thank you for having a kind heart and taking care of all God's creatures.
ReplyDeleteWhere there's life, there's hope or so they say, so I always nurture little babies, whatever they may be when I find them.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a good job if something so tiny and fragile has survived for 3 days without his Mum, well done.
