This and that...

We have been busy this week.  Hubby has had the week off work so we have been out adventuring...

We had our first unwelcome visitor for the season, 
a 3 foot Eastern Brown Snake...

  3. You'll just have to visit Mel from 'A Coal Valley View etc...' (I have a link on my page)..'cos you would love her knitted snakes! Mel's variety was scarey, let alone yours!! I hope you don't have any more snake run ins for a while. Looks like you had some great days adventuring in the outback and buying treasures too.

    I am so thankful that the weather has cooled here. Today was delightful, even though it was almost 90!!

  10. So many photos Tania! Love your vintage goodies - quite a collection. Were they all from your trip? You are always up to something different. Love the daybed too, the snake not so much. We found a big carpet snake getting friendly (not) with the chickens last week. cheers Wendy

  12. In my entire life I have never seen a snake on the ground. Not even a garter snake....I have just seen them in the zoo. My husband did see a dead garter snake on the golf course in Yuma Arizona.
