It's raining!

I am happy to report that it has started raining,
so instead of seeing smoke in the hills all I can see is glorious rain...

  2. I am so pleased. I hope the area gets enough to extinguish all fires and prevents flare ups. The emergency services must be knackered.

  7. I hope it puts it all out and is heavy enough to do a bit for the plants as well...we are muggy as anything down here in Adelaide, but no rain.....

  12. Fire is scary anytime, but when you have been through a house fire as we did in 07, you can't help but tense up when you see it that close.Glad all is well with you and yours. I know the rain helped everyone to sleep a lot better. Hope the fires have all been extinguished now.

  13. Good news, that rain is a blessing.

We had quite the thunder storm here last night, thunder booming right above us enough to shake the house and blow a fuse.
