homeward bound ~ part one

A long way from Ooldea, this is where we spent our first night on our journey home.

It was good to wind down after all the busyness of the Trans Australian Railway celebrations, and this was the perfect spot to do it.

Clare Bay...

Enjoy the photos, they alone tell the story of this magical place.

I cant think of a better place to eat breakfast. Can you?

Our little secluded spot.

I could have sat here all day and watched the waves roll in. Miss these white beaches so much...

Back with day two tomorrow.

See you soon,

xTania

    1. Yes very rugged Gorges. Australia has a lot of coast lines like this :)

    1. I must say the skies were beautiful while we were away. I chased the sunset every day, sunrises were good also so I was told lol!

Yes it was very serene after all those crowds.

  3. Wow, that scenery is just breathtaking, Tania. You Aussies sure know how to camp. You've turned it into an art form...

    1. A lot more comfortable camping out these days than in days gone by. We do it regularly so it is nice to have all the equipment to just hook up and go. We even had a portable shower with us :)

It is a pity that the clouds came over while we were there, but the sights were still as you say breathtaking :)
