day by day 10.04.2020 Good Friday

On this Good Friday, I am honouring Jesus and his sacrifice for us all.

May you have the gladness of Easter, which is Hope.
The promise of Easter, which is Peace.
The spirit of Easter, which is Love.

  1. Tania, it really is an odd Easter isn't it? Having our churches closed really is hard at this time of year. Just as well we know that God is in control.

    1. It definitely is Nanna Chel. Doesn't even feel like Easter at all.

God has every thing under control, we just have to put our trust in Him always.

  2. I think we all need hope, peace and love so very much, Tania, all around our troubled world. May your Easter time lift your heart in these difficult times. XxMeg

    1. It feels like the whole of 2020 has been cancelled. The year the world stopped.

I'm doing okay, but missing those close interactions with my family.

  5. We watched a service from St George's Cathedral. It was lovely but strange to be so far away from it.

  6. I'm embarrassed to say, I nearly forgot which Friday it was! I was planning for Easter, but with the world upside down, I think I was tracking backwards instead of forwards - or maybe I was just procrastinating somewhere in the middle, lol? Loving the slow pace of the days. This was the reality for my grandparents, every day. They worked like the Dickens, but just no rush to be in the wider community, when there was much work at home to be done. They were farmers. Happy Easter to you, and yours, Tania. Thanks for the wonderful message of hope, and where it originates.
